Return Policy
Expedite warrants to Buyers that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year.
1. A Warranty/Repair Authorization number is required on all returns.
2. Fax Customer Service at 715-381-2936 for a Return Authorization number and return shipping address.
3. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 20 working days.
4. No refunds can be given on items not purchased directly from Expedite.
If product failure is due to damage resulting from improper setup or use or is over 1 year old, the customer would be responsible for:
1. A minimum service and repair charge of $10.00.
2. Cost of parts used for repair.
3. Return shipping charges.
Access and Use of the Web site
Expedite grants you a limited license to access and use the Web site, including to display, copy, distribute and download its content, only for your personal, non-commercial use and provided that you do not modify the Web site, its content, or any copyright or other proprietary notices. This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms and conditions of use. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all copies in your possession.
